How it works

1. You request to use our internet special.
   • Download and fill out our tax organizer.
   • Tell us you want our internet special and we will email you what additional documentation we will need.  Make sure you include your filled in tax organizer.
   • Send us copies of your documentation (we will keep it on file) and the tax organizer to our mailing address
   • Include your postal address and your email address
2. When we receive your documentation we will email you special link that you can use to pay the retainer fee.  The retainer fee will be processed by Paypal.com and our sister company DUNERAM.  The link will look like this:   

   

3. Once we receive your retainer, we will start working on your tax situation.
4. When we are done, we will email you a 'draft' of the finished return and an invoice.
5. Once you approve it via email, we will mail you a new paypal.com link so that you can pay the remaining balance.
6. When we receive confirmation of your payment, we will email you the final return and final invoice.
